Thai Tom Yum Gai Soup

Ingredients
* Chicken Breast, no skin, 400 grams (1 lb) * Chicken Broth, 3 cup (8 fl oz) * Mushrooms, cooked, 100 grams * Fish Sauce, 3 tbsp * Lime Juice, .13 cup * Granulated Sugar, .5 tsp * Hot Chili Peppers, 5 pepper
Directions
Place the stock in a pot, add the lemon grass and kaffir lime leaves, and bring to boil over medium heat. Add the chicken meat, mushroom, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar; cook slowly and uncovered for 10 minutes. Do not stir. Then add the tomatoes and chilies and cook for 5 more minutes. Remove from heat. 4 servings.
