Red Lentil Soup

Ingredients
1 cup Red Lentils, pick through and rinsed1 medium onion, chopped3 garlic cloves, chopped1 tsp (or to taste) cumin1.5 tsp Ground Coriander1 tbsp canola oil 2.5 cups water1 tsp salt
Directions
Sauté onion and garlic in oil until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add cumin, coriander, lentils, salt and water. Bring up to boil. Lower heat to low setting and cover. Cooks in 20 minuts
