Venus de Milo Soup

Ingredients
8 c. Water2 c. Crushed tomatoes1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix1 10oz pkg froz mixed veggies1 lb lean ground beef1/2 c. orzo (uncooked)1 can (16 oz) kidney beans
Directions
Brown and drain ground beef. (Rinse to remove additional calories, if desired.) While beef is browning, mix water, tomatoes, & onion soup mix in a stock pot. Bring to boil and simmer for 20 mins. Add veggies, drained ground beef, orzo and kidney beans. Bring back to boil, and simmer 25-30 mins. Add salt/pepper to taste. Makes about 10 - 1 cup servings.
