Ingredients
8 Small Potatoes, cut into wedges or quarters1/4 C. Oil1 Packet Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix
Directions
Makes 8 Servings

Cut Potatoes into small wedges. Place inside a ziploc bag and pour in oil and ranch packet. Shake bag until potatoes are covered. Put potatoes in a baking pan and bake at 450 for 35 min.
