meanwhile boil egg noodles
drain
add to cabbage

We make this all the time. It's an old family recipe. We've modified ours by using whole wheat yolk free noodles instead, also we 'fry' our shredded cabbage until it's carmelized and then we add the cooked noodles just long enough to stir together and serve. It's a comfort food for us. - 8/13/07
