Ingredients
3 oz. Wild Caught Atlantic Salmon1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder1/4 tsp. Onion Powder1/4 tsp. Chili Powder1/4 tsp. Tony Chachere's Originial Creole Seasoning1/2 tbsp. Reduced Calorie Pancake Syrup1/4 tbsp. Honey
Directions
Pre-heat your George Foreman Grill (if you do not have one pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees).

Massage the garlic, onion, and chili powder into the salmon. Then pour the maple syrup and honey over the salmon and massage it in as well. You can also put all of the ingredients into plastic bag and marinate it for up to a day in advance.

Rub the grill with veggie oil from a pastry brush (about a 1/2 tsp.) or grease pan the salmon will be in.

Put it on the grill or in the oven for 7 to 9 minutes depending on how done you like your salmon.

Take out and let cool for about 3 to 5 minutes and enjoy.
