Gisele's low calorie strawberry smoothie

Ingredients
2 cups of unthawed, unsweetened whole strawberries1 packet of lemonade crystal light4 oz fat free vanilla or strawberry yogurt2 cups Hood fat free dairy beverage2 tsp Splendawater optional
Directions
In a blender, add all the ingredients and puree. You may need to add some water if you don't like it so thick.
