Ingredients
5 - CANS RED KIDNEY BEANS4 - LARGE CHICKEN BREASTS FROZEN (cubed small)3 - 16oz. CANS (Any Brand) VEG SPAGHETTI SAUCE2 - LARGE ONIONS (Cubed small)3 - LARGE GARLIC CLOVES (minced)2 - CUPS FROZEN Tr-Colored Peppers (chopped)1 - POUND ROASTED FROZEN CORN (Trader Joes)2 - TBLSP OLIVE OIL1 - tsp CRUSHED RED PEPPER1/2 tsp CAYENNE PEPPER6 - TBLSP CHILI POWDERSea Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Directions
Saute oil, garlic, peppers, onions, corn, and chicken until chicken is fully cooked.
Add beans, sauce, red pepper, cayenne pepper and chili powder with sea salt and pepper (to taste).
Cook for about one hour over med-med/low heat

Top with mozzarella cheese (optional) and blue corn tortilla chips.
