Ingredients
Dressing Ingredients:1 tablespoon olive oil1 tablespoon red wine vinegar1 tablespoon lemon juice1/2 teaspoon dried oregano1 clove garlic, minced1/2 teaspoon honeySalt and freshly ground black pepper (optional) Salad Ingredients:1 head romaine lettuce, torn1 tomato, quartered4 pepperocini peppers1 small cucumber, sliced1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled low fat feta cheeseSeveral sprigs fresh dill, chopped1/2 green bell pepper, sliced into rings8 calamata olives
Directions
Combine all dressing ingredients except salt and pepper; mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper if desired; let stand 5 minutes. Combine all salad ingredients in large bowl; toss with dressing.
