Vegetarian Cottage Cheese Meatloaf

Ingredients
1/2 lb boca crumbles1/2 cup cottage cheese (1%)2 tablespoons egg substitute1/4 cup quick oats2 tablespoons no salt ketchup 1.5 teaspoon tablespoon prepared mustard1 dash garlic powder1 dash salt1 dash pepper1/4 cup fat free cheddar
Directions
1. 
Combine all ingredients except cheese.
2. 
Mix ingredients lightly till well blended.
3. 
Press lightly into an 4 by 4 pan.
4. 
Cover with waxed paper & microwave on high for 12 to 14 (?) minutes, turning dish once (if no turntable).

5. Sprinkle top with cheese & cook uncovered on high for 1- 2 minutes or till cheese melts.
