Orange Ginger Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 lb sirloin strips2 tbs soy sauce1 tsp garlic powdersalt & pepper1 pound assorted stir fry vegetablesFor the sauce:1/4 cup orange marmalade1/4 cup orange juice1 tbs fresh ginger4 tbs soy sauce2 packets sweet & low1/2 tsp allspice2 tsp garlic powder1/2 cup warm water3 tbs cornstarch
Directions
Marinate sirloin strips with 2 tbs soy sauce, 1 tsp garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste. Let sit for at least 10 minutes or refrigerate overnight.

Mix together all the sauce ingredients except for the cornstarch and water.

Cook sirloin in a hot pan until 3/4 of the way done. Add vegetables. Cover and let steam for 2 minutes. Add the sauce. Mix together water and cornstarch and add to the pan. cover, cook for 2 minutes.

Can be served with rice.
