Spicy Lentil Vegetable Soup

2 cans of Swanson 99% FF Chicken Broth1 lg can of diced tomatoes (28 oz.)1 sm can of V8 Low Sodium Vegetable juice (5.5 oz)1 lg potato, peeled and finely diced1-2 stalks of celery, finely diced6-8 baby carrots, finely diced1 cup dried lentils1 tbsp chili powder3/4 tsp ground cumin3/4 tsp ground black pepper1/4 tsp cinnamon
Finely chop 1/2 medium onion, celery, carrots and potato. Place 1 cup lentils and all vegetables into pot. Add 1 large can of tomatoes (28 oz.), 2 cans of 99% fat free chicken broth (14 oz. each), and 1 small can of VB juice (5.5 fl oz.) Add in all seasonings, bring to boil, cut back to medium low heat and cook for 30-45 minutes.
