Baked Butternut Squash and Apples

Ingredients

1 medium butternut squash (About 700 grams or 25 oz.)3 medium apples1/2 stick of butter, melted1/4 cup brown sugar, packed2 tbs whole wheat flour1 tsp salt
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Peel squash and remove seeds, cut into cubes, about 2 inches.
3. Remove core of apples and cube. (Skin is optional)
4. Combine apples and squash in a casserole dish with a lid
5. In a small bowl add melted butter, brown sugar, flour, and salt. Add to the casserole dish and stir to spread the mixture evenly.
6. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the squash is tender and cooked.
Serving size about 1/2 cup.
