*Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 2 cup (remove)Baby Carrots, raw, 2 medium (remove)Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)cheese tortellini, 2 cup (remove)Vegetable Broth, 2 cup (remove)Garlic, 5 tsp (remove)Italian Seasoning, 5 tsp (remove)
Makes 6 - 1 cup servings
Cut carrots and celery into slices. Saute in 2 qt sauce pan until celery is softening. Pour in Spaghetti sauce and vegetable broth. Add seasoning, tortillini and garlic. Cover and bring to a slow boil. Cook until noodles are cooked to your liking.
