Marinade:½ cup coconut milk3 tsp of red curry paste (add more to taste)1 ½ tbsp of brown sugarDash of chili powder if desired½ lime squeezedPeanut Sauce:1 cup coconut milk1 cup chunky peanut butter2-3 tbsp brown sugar (to taste)2-3 tsp of curry paste (add more to taste)Squeeze lime juice to taste.     very good sauce but judging from the ingredients (and taste) not diet friendly. I would go sparringly on this and use it as a dip. Has fabulous taste. - 3/28/10
