Smoked Pork Fajita

Ingredients
1 bell pepper sliced1 onion sliced3 gloves garlic minced3 tlbs olive oil1 lb pork loin sliced in bite size strips3-4 tlbs chipotle marinadeflour tortillasshredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Heat olive oil in skillet, add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Saute until just starting to turn limp. Add pork loin, and chipotle marinade, heat throughly.
Heat tortillas, add 1/4 of fajita mix, top with cheese, rolls tortilla and eat. Enjoy
