Parmesan Pork Chops and Rice

Ingredients
16 oz., thin cut pork chops1 1/2 c. white rice1 1/2 c. chicken broth1 can. cream of chicken soup1/2 c. 1% milk1 tsp. dijon mustard1 tsp. dried dill weed1/2 tsp. garlic powder1/3 cup fresh grated parmesan cheesesalt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Spray 9x13" dish with nonstick spray. Pour rice in bottom of dish. Pour chicken broth over top of rice. Place pork chops on top of rice. In a medium bowl, mix soup, milk, mustard, and seasonings. Pour over pork chops. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with foil. Remove foil during the last 5 minutes of baking. Bake in 375 oven for 30-40 minutes or until rice and pork chops are done. serve with broccoli or cauliflower.
