Gluten Free Apple Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
1.5c Kinnikinnick Pancake Mix1.33c Water1 Medium Banana1/2 Medium Apple (I like Fuji)Cinnamon and Sugar to taste.
Directions
Dice the half of the Apple into very small pieces.
Place in saucepan with Sugar and Cinnamon to taste.
Heat apples on medium until some of their liquid comes out and they are tender.
Set aside.

Mix together mushed Banana, Mix, Water, and the Apple mixture until smooth.

Preheat non-stick or lightly greased skillet to medium and drop on heaping 1/3 cupfuls.
When bubbles form and start to pop, FLIP!
Then when golden brown on other side, remove.

Repeat and enjoy!

Yes they're dense, but what Gluten Free thing isnt?
They're still tasty.
