1 roll of ground turkey meat (93/7)1 box of fat free cream cheese (8 oz.)1 can of fat free cream of chicken soup2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese (for garnish/optional)Italian seasoning (to taste)salt and pepper to taste2 cloves of garlic2 cups of chopped broccoli crowns1 cups of chopped spinach1 bag of whole wheat no yoke noodles
1)In a skillet, brown the turkey meat and in a separate pot boil noodles till firm.
2)Then add the cream of chicken soup and the cream cheese to the meat until it all melts together. Add seasonings at this point.
3) After you drain the noodles pour them in a 9x13 pan, mix in the turkey/cream cheese/soup and the vegetables.
4) Top with the cheese (optional)
5) Bake at 350 degrees for 5 -10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
