Ingredients
Broccoli, fresh, 4 cup, chopped (approx 1 lb)Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 1.5 TbspSalt, 0.25 tsp Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp Garlic, 3 cloves diced
Directions
preheat oven to 450

mix all ingredients together in a pan, roast approx 20 minutes

    Very good. I love roasted broccoli. The only problem I had was only eating 1 serving! Next time I might cut the oil down a little just so I can eat more of it! - 5/23/09
