Ingredients
8 -9 boneless pork chops1 c. italian bread crumbs2 eggs
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Beat eggs in a bowel.
3. Dip pork chops in egg, roll in bread crumbs.
4. Place on slightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 min. or until done.

Makes 8 servings.
