Ingredients
Ingredients:Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1 cup *Onions, dehydrated flakes, 3 tbsp Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, 1 tbsp Swai Fillets, 10 serving
Directions
Take each fillet and dip in a mixture of all seasonings mixed together.Place filletts on a baking pan lined with foil. Spray with butter flavoring and bake at 350 for 40-45 miniutes

    If I were to make this again, I would use less salt. I used paprika instead of cayenne pepper and Italian bread crumbs and omitted the parsley. - 3/8/13
