Potato, Corn and Chicken Chowder

Ingredients
1 large onion, chopped6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced1 14.5 oz can low sodium chicken broth2 cups water2 cups frozen corn2 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded.1 can diced tomatoes, drained1 pint 1/2 and 1/21 tbs saltpepper to taste.
Directions
In a large pot add the onion, potatoes, broth and water. Simmer until done. Coarsely mash potatoes. Stir in corn, chicken, tomatoes and cream, and salt. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Add pepper to taste.

    everyone liked it although I left the salt and pepper out because I don't even try to please everyone and I HATE salt. :)
