Ingredients
White Rice, long grain, 2 cup Wild Rice, 1 cup Mixed Vegetables, frozen, .5 package (10 oz) Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 cup Curry powder, 1.5 tbsp Cumin, ground, 2 tbsp Cilantro, dried, 2 tbsp Coriander seed, 1 tbsp Ginger, ground, 1.5 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes, 1 tsp Maram Gasala, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp
Directions
makes 8 to 10 servings

combine all ingredients in a rice cooker
add 4.5 cups of water
fluff with fork when ready

optional ingredients can include:
slivered almonds
raisins
sub broth for water....
