Golden Triangle Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
1 Tbs olive oil500g chicken thigh fillets, no bones or skin (6 med sized))2 Tbs lemon juice1 Tbs lime juice1 sm onion, very finely chopped, or minced1 tsp garlic powder1 Tbs (8g) fresh ginger, grated2 Tbs (28ml) soy sauce, low salt.½ tsp Splenda1 tsp tumeric
Directions
Put the chicken into a large plasic (zip-loc) bag,
Stir together lemon and lime juice, onion, garlic,ginger, soy sauce, Splenda and tumeric.
Pour the mixture into the plastic bag and wriggle about to coat the chicken.
Put in the fridge for up to 24 hrs, turning occasionally.

This can be cooked on a BBQ grill or in oven
Preheat oven to 170C or preheat BBQ grill
Drain off marinade from chicken, but reserve.
Cook chicken for about 5 min each side on BBQ basting often with marinade, or place chicken and marinade in roasting pan in oven 30 mins, until cooked through, turning at least once during cooking.
