Ingredients
1/2 Cup of Milk1/2 Cup of Water1/2 Cup of apples100 Grams of your favorite yogurt1 tbsp honey1/4 Cup of oats
Directions
I threw everything in a small blender and throw it in a plastic cup with a lid.
Makes for a good breakfast on the go.

    I just gave this a try and liked it a LOT. I used steel cut oats, 1/2 a medium size Fuji apple and plain yoghurt. It has a fresh sweet taste and quite a bit of texture which I enjoyed. I ended up drinking the entire batch however as it made one generous large glass. - 1/23/10
