100% whole wheat english muffin2 tbs tomato paste1/4c shredded mozzarella cheese1/4 c green peppers 1/2 c onionsitalian seasoning
Combine tomato paste and italian seasoning until desired flavor. Spread on each half of sandwich roll. Add green peppers and onions or any other vegetable you like, top with 1/4 cup cheese on each half. Bake at 325 degree's until cheese is melted. Enjoy!!!
