grilled salmon burger

Ingredients
5 oz salmon filet, finely diced1 celery stalk diced1/4 of a red onion, diced1tsp fresh dill , chopped 1 egg white beaten2 cups romaine lettuce; or spinach3 1 inch slices of Avocadosalt and pepper to tastenonstick cooking spray
Directions
heat a nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spary over med. heat. then saute the celery and the onions until translucent and allow to cool. in a bowl combine the salmon and cooled celery and onions, dill, egg white, and salt and pepper and form into patty. grill or broil the patty for about 5 to 6 min on each side until cooked through. serve over lettuce and with avocado slices.
