Low Carb Vanilla Custard

Ingredients
3 cups heavy cream2 tbsp coconut oil3 egg yolks1 tsp vanilla extract8 drops liquid sucralose
Directions
Heat cream and coconut oil until creams starts to bubble around edges.

In separated bowl, mix eggs, sweetener and vanilla well.

Slowly pour warmed cream into egg mixture....beating well...then pour back into saucepan on stove on med heat....continue to whip up for a couple of mins, to thicken.

Let cool, chill in fridge for a few hours if using ice cream maker.....or pour into popsicle molds and freeze.

You could also use an ice cube tray to make smaller portions....and use saran wrap on top then poke in popsicle sticks.....or just take out 1 or 2 cubes at a time.
