Ingredients
Egg Beaters - Southwestern flavorSargentos Light String cheeseTostistos Mild SalsaSaltCooking Spray
Directions
1. Use a skillet and spray with non sticking spray.
2. Pour egg beaters, add a dash of salt.
3. Tear apart the string cheese or cut into tiny pieces and put on top of omelet then fold omelets in half and let cheese melt a little.
4. Put omelets in a plate and serve with the salsa on top. Very delicious.
