Janet's Nutty Vanilla Peach Oatmeal

Ingredients
.5 cup plain quick cooking oatmeal.5 cup frozen peaches1 Tbps half and half1.5 Tbps flax meal5-6 pecan halvesvanilla extract, to tasteDash nutmegDash or so of cinnamonSalt to taste1 tsp margarinelow cal sweetener, if desired (not included in nutritional stats)
Directions
Mix all ingrediants together in microwave safe bowl. Add enough water to cover, stir again. Salt lightly if desired. Microwave on high 1.5 - 2 minutes. Add margarine and low cal sweetener to taste.
