Dry Ingredients:2 C oatmeal - put through blender2 C Whole Wheat Flour2 Tbs baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 C brown sugar2 tsp cinnamon6 ripe bananas1/2 c egg beaters2 tsp vanilla3/4 C water
Combine dry ingredients and blend.
Mash the bananas, combine bananas and other wet ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients to dry.
Spray regular size muffin tin with pam.
Bake 375 for 15 min, or until tops are brown
