Country Raisin Ginger Snaps (under 90 cal per!)

Ingredients
3/4c Shortening1c Sugar (+ sugar for rolling)1 Egg1/4c Molasses2 1/4c Flour2t Baking Soda1t Salt1/4t Ground Cloves1/2t Cinnamon1t Ginger1 1/2c Raisins
Directions
Cream Sugar and Shortening. Beat in egg and molasses. Combine dry ingredients (Flour, soda, salt and spices) and add to batter. Mix in raisins. Chill dough 1/2 hour. Roll into balls (about 1 TBSP of dough per cookie( and roll in sugar. Bake 8-10 mins on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees. Makes about 48 cookies at 89 calories each!
