Nicoise tuna salad

Ingredients
Albacore Solid White Albacore Tuna in water, no salt added (drained) 4-5 nicoise or kalamata olives, finely chopped1 medium celery rib, chopped2 T Onions, finely chopped1 T Red Wine Vinegar2 T reduced fat Mayonaisecelery saltground Black Pepper
Directions
Place tuna in a bowl, and mash with a fork so tuna is in flakes.
Add celery, onion, olives, vinegar, and mayonaise.
Mix till combined.
Add celery salt and pepper to taste (I add no more than 1/4 tsp of each).

Makes about two 1/2-cup servings.
