Slow Cooker Potato soup

Ingredients
5 small potatoes2 c potato flakes2 carrots2 celery stalks1 onion1/2 red pepper1 can sweet corn1 cup fat free half and half1 cup non fat milk2 cups chicken broth1 1/2 cup diced ham1 T sugarpepper seasoning salt
Directions
Dice potatoes, onions, celery, carrots, and ham and place in pot. Add one can of corn, and if desired, sugar, pepper and seasoning salt. Pour over top half and half, milk, and broth. Cook on high one hour then add up to 2 cups of potato flakes if desire a thicker soup. Continue high for 2-3 more hours or cook on low 3-5 hours. Makes at least 16 one-cup servings.
