Simple Pasta with parmesan white sauce

Ingredients
4 oz Whole wheat thin spaghetti1.5 tbsp butter1.5 flour1 cup milkSalt, pepper and parsley
Directions
melt butter in pan and add flour. Cook over medium heat for a few minutes. Add milk and let come just to a boil. Add cheese and stir.

I find it helpful to use a wire whisk throughout the cooking process.
