Ingredients: Snap peas, 2 cup Mushrooms, fresh, 12 medium Garlic, 3 cloves Olive Oil, 1 TblsChicken Broth, 1/4 cup
Bring water to a boil and add snap peas for just 3 minutes to blanch.
Cut mushrooms in half and then saute in olive oil for a few mintues until slightly brown. Add Snap peas and saute for about 2 mintues and then add chicken broth and garlic and cook on low until broth disappears. Salt and pepper to taste.
