Sweet & Spicy Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
3 Sweet potato, medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw))1 Tbsp. Canola oil1 tsp. Splenda1 tsp. Chili powder2 tsp. Brown sugar
Directions
Heat oven to 475 degrees.

-Cut potatoes into 1/2" wedges
-Toss potatoes with canola oil, splenda, chili powder & brown sugar.
-Spread potatoes on lightly greased baking sheet.
-Roast for 20-25 minutes.
