Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
4 oz. cooked chicken breast, chopped1 cup onion, chopped1 10.5-oz can Cream of Chicken soup, 98% fat freeabout 3/4 cup water
Directions
Combine chicken and chopped onion. Spray 8x8 or similar baking dish with non-stick spray. Divide mixture evenly (about 1/3 cup each) among tortillas. Roll up and place in prepared baking dish. In a bowl, combine soup and water and stir. Spoon mixture over enchiladas, spreading to cover. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Makes 5 servings.
