Green Beans with Mushrooms & Tomatoes

Ingredients
8 cups or so fresh green beans, ends trimmed 8 oz. package sliced mushrooms1 and 1/2 cups roasted tomatoes OR 1 and 1/2 cups sundried soaked in warm water for 20 minutes3 oz. marsala cooking wineSprinkle Italian Seasoningsalt and pepper
Directions
Spray Pam on a heated cast iron or other pan
Cook mushrooms until they get a little color, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
Add 2 oz. marsala wine to deglaze.
Lightly salt and pepper.
Remove from pan into dish.
Add green beans and lightly salt and pepper.
Add a sprinkle of italian seasoning or other herbs (dried)
Add 1 oz. marsala and 1/8 cup of water.
Cover and let steam about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add tomatoes and mushrooms. Stir.
Lower heat and cover to blend flavors for a couple of minutes.
Test for seasonings and enjoy!
