Sourdough pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup sourdough starter1 cup milk1 egg1/2 tsp salt1 tsp baking powder2 tbsp sugar1 1/4 cup flour1 tbsp oil
Directions
Mix everything together until smooth. Allow it to sit for 1 hour. Cook on one side till bubbly, turn and cook till brown.
