Ingredients
2 chopped mangos1 cup pineapple (i use fresh)1 cup diced green pepper1 red onion chopped1 plum tomato, seeded and chopped4 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro3 tablespoons lime juice2 tablespoons honeyadd Kosher salt and ground pepper to taste
Directions
Combine ingredients above and store in refrigerator till needed. It may be necessary to drain off excess liquids after refrigeration period for the correct salsa consistency.
