Mahi Mahi Spinach Salad

Ingredients
1/2 tbsp olive oil1/4 tsp McCormick Garlic Salt with Parsley1 tsp pepper3 oz Mahi Mahi1 cup fresh spinach1 oz sesame seeds, toasted2 tbsp parmesan cheese, shredded1 slice red onion2 tbsp slivered almonds1 tbsp Macadamia Nut Oil1 tbsp Cuisine Perel Late Harvest Riesling Vinegar
Directions
Salt and pepper both sides of fish. Saute in olive oil for 3-4 per side. While fish is cooking toast sesame seeds, set aside to cool. Plate spinach, onion, cheese, almonds, and fish. Top with sesame seeds, nut oil and vinegar.
