Grape and Walnut Chicken Salad

Ingredients
4 oz cooked chicken breast5 oz plain nonfat yogurt1 cup red or green grapes, halved1/4 cup walnuts, chopped3 whole wheat buns
Directions
Makes 3 servings.

Cook chicken. Chop into bite size pieces.
Mix chicken with yogurt.
Mix in walnuts and grapes.
Put mixture on bun.

This recipe is kind of bland. To make it a little better you may add a little salt or pepper, or a mix of herbs.

    I made this but I used almonds instead of walnuts and Kashi 7 grain toasted sesame crackers instead of the bun. Still very good. - 5/5/10
