Hummus and pear

Ingredients
8 tbs Hummus1 large pear, divided into16 slices 4 tbs ricotta cheese (skim)16 whole wheat crackers
Directions
Cut a pear into fourths, remove seeds. slice each fourth into 4 equal pieces so that in all you have 16 slices of pear. Take the hummus, and spread little on each cracker. Add a slice of pear to the hummus a cracker and then add a dollop of ricotta cheese to each one.
