Home made spaghetti sauce

Ingredients
cherub tomato, 32 oz containerSummer Squash, 2 cup, sliced Cucumber (with peel), 1 cup slices Ground Beef 93% Lean, 12 oz Garlic powder, 6 tbsp Parsley, .50 cup Onion powder, 2 tbsp (remove)Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 2.25 package ((3) -3/4 cup)
Directions
this recipe makes 4.5 cups of sauce.
serves 6 (3/4 cup each)

take 32oz of cherub tomatos and blend in blender
w/ 1/2 cup water ( I have a magic bullet)

add to a sauce pan

add other vegetables, seasonings, ingredients (except ground beef).
cook on stove

in separate pan, cook ground beef. drain any fat and wash off any visable fat.

( i use Tupperwares tupperwave/strainer to cook my ground beef in microwave) for 5 minutes. The fat from ground beef will strain out in the strainer)

Mix all ingredients to desired taste and temp.
Serve over pasta or eat by itself.
