Good and I will definately keep making it but it tastes more like a deviled egg than tuna, if you expect tuna taste, you'll be disappointed. go light on the condiments until you taste it, you can always add more. I love relish but thought mine would've been better with a little less relish/mustard - 4/21/09

This is soooooo good. I think it would be excellent stuffing for a tomato and plan on trying it like that. Yum. - 5/6/08

This is a great way to make a meal meatless with no regrets. I will definitely make this recipe again and again. It also makes a tasty dip that can be served with crackers, scoops, or veggies. Very tasty! - 12/28/11

If you don't expect tuna, it's really good. I've made it a few times. I've added yellow pepper and water chestnuts to it. I leave out the brown sugar 'cause it's just extra sugar and calories. Instead of relish, I chop up dill pickle and throw that in. - 3/16/11

This is really good. Does not taste like tuna, but didn't expect it to. I really like that it is a yummy different option for lunch. I wrapped mine in a pita. - 5/6/10

This is a great basic Hummus recipe - keeping that in mind, think of the variations of Hummus you can get in the store and you can adapt this recipe to that. - 3/8/10

never been a big fan of chickpeas but this is very good! since becoming a vegetarian, i've missed simple things like tuna fish melts. this with cheddar flavored veggie cheese, lettuce, thinly sliced tomato and a sweet onion slice on whole wheat bread toasted is incredible! - 1/30/10

Yum. My husband and I both love this. We don't think it taste like tuna though. It's more like egg salad. I add a little bit of celery and some celery salt and we eat it on toast with lettuce and tomoato - 1/16/10

I love making this! I eat it on wheat saltines or on bread with mustard! Tastes like a cross between tuna salad and egg salad! - 3/25/08
