4 slices of sourdough bread2 large eggs1 cup of skim lactose-free milk1 tsp ground cinnamon
In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk and mix well.
Add cinnamon to milk mixture.
Dip bread slices in the milk mixture and place onto hot griddle.
Fry for a few minutes on each side until golden brown.
