Ingredients
Canned Tomatoes, 800 grams Carrots, raw, 500 grams Celery, raw, 50 gramsMushrooms, fresh, 300 grams Salt, 1 tsp Vegetable Broth, 200 grams
Directions
Cut the carrots, celery and mushrooms into small pieces, I prefer cubics and roast them with the salt in a deep pan for abt. 10 minutes. Add the vegetable broth and the canned tomatoes and simmer for another 20 minutes. Puree it with a handheld blender or with a masher. This makes roughly 15 servings of 100 grams each. 100 grams is enough for one portion spaghetti.
