Mushroom Spinach Lasagna

Ingredients
Prego Italian Sauce - Mushroom & Garlic, 1 jar24 oz Fresh Mushrooms1 medium Onion3 cups fresh SpinachWhole Wheat Lasagna Noodles, (half a box)7 oz Kraft Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese16 oz Fat-Free Ricotta Cheese0.5 cup Egg Whites
Directions
Sweat the mushrooms and onions until the mushrooms are reduced
Mix the egg whites and ricotta cheese

Ladle a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of the pan
Cover with a layer of uncooked lasagna noodle
Follow with half of ricotta/egg mixture
Follow with half the mushroom/onions
Follow with half the spinach
Follow with a layer of sauce
Follow with half the mozzarella
Repeat

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
Makes 12 servings
